WELCOME to DANHOSTEL Ribe - The Family and Youth Hostel in Ribe, Denmark.
DANHOSTEL Ribe hostel is located in the middle of Ribe overlooking the Ribe River, the medieval town and Ribe Cathedral.
All rooms have private bathrooms. The hostel serves a superb breakfast buffet with delicious organic and homemade products and the hostel is recognized with the official Eco-label “The Green Key”

Ribe is the oldest and one of the most beautiful towns in Denmark. Old preserved houses, narrow streets and cobblestoned streets will remind you of the Denmark Hans Christian Andersen described in his fairy tales.

Ribe itself is the tales of Vikings, Kings and Queens, Witches, pirates, floods etc. But it is also a town with many cafés, pubs, speciality shops, museums, and many cultural events.

Ribe town is located in flat marshland close to the Wadden Sea, one of Europe’s leading projects in nature conservation, with birds, seals and oysters. The beaches at the North Sea are reached within 30 minutes in car.
